Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law.

1. Who we are

Gstar Boost — a trading name of Pure CBD4U
Graaf Florisplein 2, 2691 ZW ’s-Gravenzande, Netherlands
Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 77960718  ·  VAT (BTW): NL003264895B34
Email: ronaldb041071@hotmail.com

2. What we sell

We sell NFC-enabled Google review products: table stands and adhesive stickers, supplied pre-programmed with the Google review link of your business. Each unit is programmed and tested before delivery.

Product photographs are illustrative. Minor variations in shade or finish do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices

All prices shown on this website are in euros and exclude VAT. Dutch VAT (21%) is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay. The confirmation email includes a full invoice with the VAT breakdown for your records. Volume pricing applies per product line and the per-unit rate applies to every unit in that line:

QuantityPrice per unitExample total
1–4€25.002 units = €50.00
5–9€20.005 units = €100.00
10–19€15.0010 units = €150.00
20+€12.5020 units = €250.00

The price confirmed to you at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

4. How an order is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot accept your order — for example, if we cannot locate a valid Google Business Profile for the business and address you gave us — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Viva Wallet. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.

6. Programming your products

You do not need to supply your Google review link. You give us your business name and address, and we look up your publicly listed Google Business Profile and program each unit with the corresponding review link.

It is your responsibility to give accurate business details. If the details you provide are incorrect or incomplete and units are programmed with the wrong link as a result, we will reprogram or replace them, but the cost of doing so may be charged to you.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are handed to you or to a carrier you appointed. Where delivery is significantly delayed, you may set a reasonable additional period and, if we still fail to deliver, cancel the order for a full refund.

8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you order as a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return them. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or proof that you have sent them.

Important exception: products programmed with your business's specific review link are made to your specifications and personalised to you. Under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to such goods once they have been programmed. Unprogrammed stock and faulty goods are not affected by this exception, and your right to a remedy for a defective product always remains.

Business customers: the statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Most of our customers order as a business, in which case it does not apply — but we will still put right anything that is faulty or wrongly programmed.

9. Faulty or wrongly programmed goods

You are entitled to goods that match their description and work as they should. If a unit is faulty, will not read, or was programmed with the wrong link through our error, tell us within a reasonable time of discovering it and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

This does not cover damage from misuse, physical damage, or failure caused by a device that does not support NFC.

10. What our product does and does not do

Our products make it easier for your customers to reach your Google review page. We do not generate, buy, incentivise, filter or influence reviews, and we cannot control how many reviews you receive, what they say, or how your business ranks in Google. Any figures or examples shown on this website are illustrative, not a promise of results.

You are responsible for asking for reviews in a way that complies with Google's policies — in particular, do not offer rewards for reviews and do not solicit only positive ones. Google may remove reviews or take action against a business profile at its own discretion, which is outside our control.

11. Our liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms. We are not liable for unforeseeable loss, or for loss of profit, turnover, business or goodwill. Except where the law does not permit it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

12. Intellectual property

Google, the Google logo and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC. Gstar Boost is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. All other content on this website belongs to Gstar Boost.

13. Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong, email us first — we aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and resolve them within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
